Lorraine Chedeville Sawka, CMT

Lorraine has been working as a Certified Massage Therapist since 2005 after graduating from The Greater Washington Institute of Massage in Fairfax, Virginia and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is also a 1996 graduate from The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, concentrating in Child and Adolescent Development. Lorraine has worked with Fairfax Station Chiropractic and Wellness Center since 2009. She specializes in therapeutic massage to promote wellness and recovery for her clients. She is educated in several massage modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, and Ensoma Spectrum Disorder. Lorraine is a member of the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia and has previously sat on the Board of Directors and was the Volunteer Coordinator for several years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Carla Zamon, LMBT, NCTMB

Carla completed her therapeutic massage and bodywork training at Applied Kinesthetic Studies Massage School. She pairs her twelve years of energy work experience with eight years of applied kinesiology to provide therapeutic massage and bodywork for clients of all ages. Under the guidelines set forth by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, her specialized treatment modalities include: traditional Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, Emotional Release Technique using essential oils, Therapeutic Touch, Integrative Reflexology, Oncology-Sensitive massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki Jin Kei Do.

Her personal and professional philosophy is to promote abundant, universal health and wellness through compassionate service. Her own experiences with extensive rehabilitation resulted in what she calls her “Great Reawakening.” She is passionate about inspiring spiritual, emotional, mental and physical harmony on all levels. Her volunteer work includes therapeutic services to soldiers and their caregivers through CAUSE USA (Comfort for America’s Uniformed Services). She looks forward to sharing her techniques for healing at your next appointment.
